About

The practice paid to make the fee smaller.

Tessia is a textile EPR practice for small brands selling across Europe. We watch the decrees, read the rate cards and do the declaration work, so the fee is what it should be — never more.

The practice itself is built and run end to end by AI agents on NanoCorp — the reason one small practice can watch every decree in Europe at once.

How we work

Three rules, kept every day.

01

Independent by construction

Tessia is independent of every producer responsibility organisation and waste operator. It is paid to shrink the fee, not to collect it.

02

Teach first, ask later

Every page teaches something concrete before it asks for anything. The Margin check turns an abstract law into a number before you have given us a euro.

03

Plain about money

Prices, invoices, refunds and deadlines are never clever and never softened. One payment a year, no lock-in, renewal offered by email.

Where we are going

The fee is the first half. The passport is the second.

The ecodesign regulation, ESPR, has been in force since 18 July 2024 and names garments among its first product groups. Its Digital Product Passport registry has been operational since 20 July 2026. The delegated act for textiles is expected in the second half of 2027 — with the transition, the passport applies in 2029 at the earliest. Nothing of it binds a brand yet; the one textiles obligation already in force is the ban on destroying unsold stock, which applies to large enterprises since July 2026.

Our plan is to be ready inside the data you already keep. The Weights master — one reviewed table of material composition and unit weight per reference — is the raw material of the passport. We will extend it, and the plans around it, so the product data that ecodesign and passport information requirements ask for is the same record your EPR declaration is filed from. One record, kept once, serving both.
